TiTan 400LX Ion Pump

Gamma's Low Profile pumps orient the element vertically inside the body of the ion pump. This decreases the height of the ion pump to just under 12" (300mm) for a single port pump. The orientation also creates a closed magnetic circuit that reduces stray magnetic fields by a factor ten near the ports.

Low Profile pumps can be configured with additional ports either on the opposite end or on the side of the pump body. This enables easy addition of a TSP or NEG system or alternative orientation on a UHV system.
